by
Axiom Discs
SKU: DG-AXM-LS-MAY (REF 14-61)
Description
The Axiom Plasma Mayhem distance driver is Axiom's straight-stable 13-speed distance driver, molded in Plasma plastic. It's built for advanced and expert throwers who want a workhorse high-speed driver, and it's at its best on long, straight high-speed drives. If you're shopping for a dependable Mayhem for your bag, this Plasma run is a great place to start.
Plasma Plastic
Plasma is an advanced disc golf polymer with a metallic sheen on the core and color-shift tones in select colors. It's a semi-gummy, grippy, flexible blend that's also highly durable, so your Mayhem holds its flight for a long time. Choose Plasma if you want premium durability with a little more grip and flex than Neutron or Proton. The Mayhem is also available in Neutron and Proton.
The Mold
The Mayhem is a 21.1 cm distance driver with a 23 mm rim. It has a responsive straight-stable profile and plenty of speed, making it a perfect workhorse driver for advanced and expert throwers. Like MVP's 23mm class, it has a pronounced dome to promote distance-covering glide. It's best compared to a beat MVP Octane.
Stability
The Mayhem is stable. Stable discs fly straight for most of their flight and finish with a dependable fade. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it flies straight with a reliable fade to the left at the end. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with the fade finishing to the right. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It's built for advanced and expert throwers.

| Fade | 2 | A moderate, dependable fade at the end of the flight. |
