Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping — Continental United States

•       All orders within the continental U.S. with an order value over $10 include FREE economy shipping.

•       Economy shipping typically takes between 2 to 8 business days to arrive depending on your location. Shipping upgrade options are available and can be viewed during the checkout process.

•       All orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next available business day.

•       All orders are shipped from Mount Clemens, Michigan.

 

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

•       Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS.

•       Orders will leave our facility within 24 to 48 business hours. Transit time will typically range from 5 to 10 business days depending on destination.

•       These orders are subject to an additional shipping surcharge, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

 

Delivery Estimates and Risk of Loss

•       All delivery dates and timeframes shown during the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. TGM Skateboards is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control.

•       Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the designated shipping carrier.

•       Stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer. TGM Skateboards recommends requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders, which may be available for an additional fee during checkout.

 

International Orders

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TGM Skateboards ships internationally and is happy to serve customers outside the United States. Please be aware of the following before placing an international order:

•       TGM Skateboards ships orders through multiple international shipping carriers for delivery.  Some of these services include duty and delivery (DDP service), however, international orders are subject to applicable import fees, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and other charges as required by the destination country which ultimately are the sole responsibility of the customer.

•       These charges may be due upon delivery of your order. TGM Skateboards has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information before placing your order.

•       TGM Skateboards is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.

 

EU Customers — Importer of Record

For orders shipping to EU member states, please read the following carefully:

By placing an order destined for an EU member state, you explicitly agree to act as the Importer of Record (IOR) for your shipment. As IOR, customs clearance will be made in your name and on your behalf. You are solely responsible for importing the products into your destination EU member state and for the payment of all applicable duties and taxes, either at the time of sale if prepayment is selected, or at the time of importation if prepayment is not selected.

By placing your order, you hereby grant TGM Distribution, Inc. (TGM Skateboards)’ designated shipping provider a proxy or power of attorney (POA) for the customs clearance of your products. This authorizes the shipping provider’s assigned customs broker to act on your behalf. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the concept of IOR and the terms of the POA, and that these terms are not unreasonable or unknown to you.
