All orders placed through this Website are subject to TGM's acceptance. TGM may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, TGM shall issue you a refund.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. TGM is not responsible for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to incorrect shipping or billing information provided by the customer. You represent and warrant that you are buying products from the Website for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or unauthorized distributors.

Pricing, Payment, and Typographical Errors

All prices listed on our Website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Discounts are usually limited time offers and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or contains a typographical error, TGM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged for a purchase and your order is cancelled, TGM shall issue a credit to your payment method account. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

TGM Skateboards ships orders throughout the United States. Every order is pulled and packaged by our team of skaters — to us, it's not just a job, it's a lifestyle. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Any delivery dates or times shown during checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from the Website pass to you upon delivery of the product to the designated carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged or lost shipments. TGM is not responsible for stolen packages or delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. TGM is not responsible for any issues on orders reported more than 72 hours after delivery or attempted delivery. Shipping, order, or product problems — including missing items, incorrect items, or damaged items — must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery by contacting our customer support team.

Returns and Exchanges

TGM wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. All sales on clearance items are final; these products are non-returnable. TGM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements. Please contact us directly to initiate a return or exchange. Our full Return Policy is available on the Website and is incorporated into this Agreement in its entirety.

By purchasing products through this Website, you acknowledge and understand that adverse terrain, weather conditions, poorly maintained equipment, the use of drugs or alcohol, and pushing the limits of one's abilities can increase these risks. You understand that these risks are present regardless of the safety precautions you take. TGM strongly recommends the use of appropriate safety equipment, including helmets and protective pads.
