Discraft Midnight Metallic ESP Buzzz with Spirit of Detroit Stamp Midrange - Choose Exact Disc
Description
The Discraft ESP Buzzz midrange is disc golf's most popular midrange, molded in ESP plastic. It's built for players of every style who want a midrange they can trust, and it's at its best on flat lasers, smooth hyzers, and controlled turnovers. This one features TGM's custom Spirit of Detroit stamp.
ESP Plastic
ESP is Discraft's premier opaque, swirled plastic. It balances a gummy-yet-firm, tacky grip with high durability, which makes it a favorite for all-around everyday play. Your Buzzz in ESP will hold its flight well over time while giving you more grip than Discraft's harder Z plastic.
The Spirit of Detroit Stamp
This Buzzz carries our custom Spirit of Detroit stamp, a design TGM Skateboards created with Discraft. It's our way of honoring the city: The Spirit of Detroit, the iconic bronze statue by Marshall Fredericks that has stood downtown since 1958, has long been a symbol of Detroit's people and their determination. Pairing it with a Michigan-made Discraft disc felt like the perfect way to celebrate the city and the Metro Detroit disc golf community we're proud to be part of here in Mt. Clemens.
You get the same trusted flight and plastic as any other ESP Buzzz, with a stamp you won't find on the standard release. It's a great pick for your own bag, a gift for a Detroit fan, or a piece of local pride for your collection.
The Mold
The Buzzz is a low-profile modern midrange and the gold standard for straight-to-stable flights. Its neutral stability holds the line you give it, from flat lasers and smooth hyzers to controlled turnovers, and its dependable glide and minimal fade make it incredibly versatile. It's the preferred midrange of 2x PDGA Major Champion Chris Dickerson.
Stability
The Buzzz is neutral-to-stable. Neutral discs fly straight and true with very little turn or fade. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it flies straight with only a slight drift left as it slows down. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with a gentle drift right at the finish. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It's an easy choice for beginners and a reliable tool for experienced players.
