Taller 54mm axle height. Taller axle height give T-IIs a deeper, more responsive turn while maintaining stability and control.

More baseplate slide contact, less wheel drag. Designed to slide on baseplate instead of wheels. Better lock-in for nose, tail, and blunt slides. New, redesigned baseplate with shifter bolt hole pattern and round contours.

Reinforced hangers with high-grade aluminum axle enclosures added for extra strength and longer truck life.

After a hiatus of a few years, I was both excited and nervous to try out a new release of my favorite truck brand. I'm happy to report that this new line-up is just as good as the old, and even better for myself as I've aged out of Stairs and Gaps. My knees just can't take those anymore, and these new trucks carve like crazy! New bushings feel great too. They feel soft but seem to snap back quickly under foot. Overall - glad to have gotten back into skating with these dropping.

These trucks are SUPER carvy, with a really deep, responsive, tight turn. So, they're nothing like OG Thunders. The closest comparison for me would be Ace Classics. They're much lighter than Aces, though. In terms of geometry, they shorten your wheelbase more than any other truck I've used, including shorter wheelbase trucks like Ace and Indy Stage IV.
