Description

The Prodigy 400 D3 distance driver is a very fast, moderately stable driver with a unique flight, molded in 400 plastic. It's built for players who want a predictable, reliable flight, and it's at its best on long flip-and-glide distance. If you're shopping for a dependable D3 for your bag, this 400 run is a great place to start.

400 Plastic

400 is Prodigy's most popular plastic, a premium blend that's extremely durable with an impeccable grip, even when wet. It's often translucent to catch the sunlight, though it can be more opaque, and it has a stiff rim with more "pop" when you flex the center.

The Mold

The D3 is a very fast, moderately stable driver designed for all players that flies extremely far. It can flip up and glide without the extreme drift right or the hard finish back left.

Stability

The D3 is stable. Stable discs fly straight for most of their flight and finish with a dependable fade. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it flies straight with a reliable fade to the left at the end. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with the fade finishing to the right. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It's best for intermediate to advanced players with good arm speed.
