The MVP Plasma Dimension distance driver is MVP's 14.5-speed overstable distance driver, molded in Plasma plastic. It's built for power throwers and anyone who needs a reliable headwind driver, and it's at its best on max-distance drives into the wind and hard-fading lines. This listing is the Eagle McMahon Team Series release of the Dimension, so you get the same trusted flight with a collectible look.

Plasma Plastic

Plasma is MVP's specialty premium blend, known for its metallic sheen and color-shift options. It's a semi-gummy, flexible polymer with superb grip, and MVP says few premium materials grip this well. It's also highly durable, so your Dimension will hold its flight for a long time. Plasma is a great choice if you want premium durability with a little more grip and flex than Neutron or Proton. The Dimension is also available in Fission and Neutron.

The Mold

The Dimension is a 21.1 cm distance driver with a 24.5 mm rim. The Dimension balances overstable resistance to turn while allowing a full flight before fade. Its ultra-fast speed and glide-promoting dome help it cover ground, and its reliable fade helps you pinpoint your target from a long way out. It's one of Eagle McMahon's most-used drivers.

Stability

The Dimension is overstable. Overstable discs resist turning over and fade hard at the end, which makes them predictable in wind and at high power. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it resists turning over and finishes with a strong, dependable fade to the left. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with that hard fade finishing to the right. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It's built for intermediate to advanced players with strong arm speed.

FAQ

Is the MVP Dimension good for beginners?

No. The Dimension is a demanding 14.5-speed overstable driver. MVP notes that average throwers get all the overstability they want from it, which for most beginners means a hard, early fade.

Is the MVP Dimension overstable?

Yes. The Dimension is overstable, rated 14.5/5/0/3, so it resists turning over and finishes with a dependable fade.

What's the difference between Plasma and Neutron plastic?

Plasma is semi-gummy with a metallic sheen and some of the best grip in MVP's premium lineup. Neutron is firmer and opaque. Both are highly durable.

Who should throw the Dimension?

High-power players who need dependable stability. Strong throwers will see only the smallest turnover at high speed or into headwinds, then a reliable fade.

The MVP Neutron Energy (13/4/0/4) is MVP's other overstable max-distance driver, slightly slower at 13 speed.

How far does the MVP Dimension fly?

With an average arm, expect roughly 435 feet. Distance depends heavily on your power and form, so stronger throwers will go farther and newer players shorter.
