Description
These wheels measure 60mm x 44mm with a firm yet smooth 83A hardness.
The urethane is poured around an offset core. The bearing core is shifted slightly toward the outside lip of the wheel. Because there’s more urethane on the inside edge, the wheel flexes and conforms to the road better when you lean. Offset wheels still break into slides nicely, but they do it in a controlled, progressive way instead of snapping out suddenly.
83A is on the medium-soft side for longboard wheels. 83A wheels flex more and absorb road imperfections like cracks, little rocks and rough asphalt. That means less vibration and a more forgiving feel when cruising.
Medium-soft urethane gives a bigger contact patch and more mechanical grip which helps with carving, cornering confidence, and staying planted at speed (not super high speed like race wheels, but very stable).
