Innova Disc Golf Champion Mako3 with Spirit of Detroit Stamp Midrange Disc
Description
The Innova Champion Mako3 midrange is a straight-flying, dead-neutral midrange, molded in Champion plastic. It's built for players who want a straight, easy-to-control flight, and it's at its best on straight, true-to-release mid shots. This one features TGM's custom Spirit of Detroit stamp.
Champion Plastic
Champion is a hi-tech plastic with outstanding performance and durability, distinguished by a beautiful clear appearance. Designed for professional players, Champion discs are usually a little firmer and more stable than the same model in other plastics, and they keep performing predictably and avoid damage better than any other plastic, even on wooded or rugged courses.
The Spirit of Detroit Stamp
This Mako3 carries our custom Spirit of Detroit stamp, a design TGM Skateboards created to honor the city. The Spirit of Detroit, the iconic bronze statue by Marshall Fredericks that has stood downtown since 1958, has long been a symbol of Detroit's people and their determination, and we're proud to celebrate it and the Metro Detroit disc golf community from our shop in Mt. Clemens.
You get the same trusted flight and plastic as any other Champion Mako3, with a stamp you won't find on the standard release. It's a great pick for your own bag, a gift for a Detroit fan, or a piece of local pride for your collection.
The Mold
The Mako3 is a straight, neutral midrange that holds the line you release it on, with no turn and no fade, making it a true-to-release choice for controlled mid shots and approaches.
Stability
The Mako3 is neutral. Neutral discs fly straight and true with very little turn or fade. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it flies straight with only a slight drift left as it slows down. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with a gentle drift right at the finish. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It's an easy choice for beginners and a reliable tool for experienced players.
