by
Innova
SKU: DG-INV-CHB-Bos (REF877 *AST**1)
Description
The Innova Champion Blizzard Boss distance driver is Innova's max-distance driver and a distance world record holder, molded in Champion Blizzard plastic. It's built for players who want a predictable, reliable flight, and it's at its best on max-distance backhand and sidearm drives. If you're shopping for a dependable Boss for your bag, this Champion Blizzard run is a great place to start.
Blizzard Champion Plastic
Innova's Blizzard technology adds thousands of microbubbles to durable Champion plastic. That allows high-speed premium drivers in weights all the way down to 130 grams, and Blizzard discs fly with almost the same stability as the equivalent model 20 grams heavier. Most models lighter than 135 grams float in water.
The Mold
Designed for maximum distance off the tee, the Boss is a great choice for sidearm or backhand throwers. The R-Pro Boss holds the distance world record of 1,108 feet (338 meters), thrown by David Wiggins Jr.
Stability
The Boss is stable. Stable discs fly straight for most of their flight and finish with a dependable fade. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it flies straight with a reliable fade to the left at the end. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with the fade finishing to the right. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It suits players of every skill level who want a predictable flight.

Not as a first driver. At 13 speed, the Boss needs good arm speed to fly as intended.

Blizzard is Champion with microbubbles, so it's much lighter but flies with nearly the stability of a disc 20 grams heavier.
