The Hook Ups Popsicle Girl Skateboard Deck is the Popsicle Girl graphic from Hook Ups, on an 8.25" 7-ply maple deck.

Hook Ups has been putting anime and manga-inspired graphics on boards since Jeremy Klein founded it in the early 1990s. It's built from 7-ply North American maple and measures 8.25" x 32.25" with a 14.25" wheelbase. It comes with assorted top and bottom stain veneers, so the stain color is chosen at random.
