Description

The Discraft Z Swirl Nuke distance driver is one of the most popular distance drivers in the world, molded in Z Swirl plastic. It's built for power throwers seeking maximum distance, and it's at its best on long, controlled power drives. This listing is the Ezra Aderhold 2025 Tour Series release of the Nuke. Ezra Aderhold is part of Team Discraft.

Z Swirl Plastic

Z Swirl is Discraft's fan-favorite swirled version of Z plastic. Each disc has one-of-a-kind swirl patterns, and the blend adds a tackier grip on top of Z's durability. It's a tour-tough plastic with a striking look, and it's a frequent choice for Team Discraft Tour Series releases.

The Mold

Built for players who generate serious power, the Nuke combines speed and glide to push aggressively down the fairway before a reliable finish. Its slight turn and reliable fade provide a consistent flight pattern.

Stability

The Nuke is stable. Stable discs fly straight for most of their flight and finish with a dependable fade. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it flies straight with a reliable fade to the left at the end. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with the fade finishing to the right. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It's best for intermediate to advanced players with good arm speed.

Flight Numbers

Rating Value What it means
Speed 13 Very high speed that needs strong arm speed to fly as rated.
Glide 5 Lots of glide to help it stay in the air and add distance.
Turn -1 A touch of high-speed turn to the right (RHBH) for a little extra distance.
Fade 3 A strong, reliable fade to the left (RHBH) at the end of the flight.
