DGA Disc Golf D-Line Surf Putt and Approach 3/4/-1/1 - Choose Exact Disc
Description
The DGA D-Line Surf putter is DGA's beadless, neutral-flying putt and approach disc, molded in D-Line plastic. It's built for players who want pinpoint accuracy, and it's at its best on upshots and putts. DGA has been part of disc golf since the very beginning, founded by the sport's creator, "Steady" Ed Headrick.
D-Line Plastic
D-Line (DL) is the most affordable of DGA's stock blends. It gives up some durability for a significant increase in grip, and discs season quickly to find their sweet spot of stability much faster than premium plastics. It's similar to the old Pro-D from Discraft.
The Mold
The Surf is a beadless, fairly shallow putt and approach disc with a neutral flight. It holds just about any line you throw it on for pinpoint accuracy on upshots and putts.
Stability
The Surf is neutral. Neutral discs fly straight and true with very little turn or fade. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it flies straight with only a slight drift left as it slows down. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with a gentle drift right at the finish. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It's an easy choice for beginners and a reliable tool for experienced players.
