The Axiom Eclipse Aspect distance driver is a Simon Line driver that sits in the sweet spot of driver stability, molded in Eclipse plastic. It's built for players who want a reliable, all-around driver they can throw on almost any hole, and it's at its best on controlled drives with a dependable fade. This listing is the Simon Lizotte Halloween 2026 Team Series release of the Aspect, so you get the same trusted flight with a collectible look.
Eclipse Glow Plastic
Eclipse is the premium glow plastic, built with the ultra-bright Glow Core 2.0 for visibility day or night. It's highly durable, so your Aspect will have a long, consistent life, and it's a top pick for glow rounds and evening leagues. MVP notes that Eclipse offers an alternate flight compared to its other premium plastics, so it may fly a little differently than the same mold in Neutron or Proton.
The Simon Line
No one has approached disc golf quite like Simon Lizotte, taking risks and turning conventional thinking upside down. The Simon Line follows that same drive: to carry Simon's name, a disc has to perform unlike any other.
The Aspect continues the line with a driver that sits in the sweet spot of stability. Other discs in the Simon Line include the Axiom Pixel, Axiom Time-Lapse (Retooled), Axiom Bokeh, Axiom Balance, and Axiom Time-Lapse.
The Mold
The Aspect is a 21.1 cm distance driver with an 18.5 mm rim. MVP describes the Aspect as falling right in the sweet spot of fairway driver stabilities, with tentative flight numbers of 9/5/0/2. No high-speed turn and a moderate fade make it a reliable fixture in any player's bag.
Stability
The Aspect is stable. Stable discs fly straight for most of their flight and finish with a dependable fade. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it flies straight with a reliable fade to the left at the end. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with the fade finishing to the right. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It suits players of every skill level who want a predictable flight.
Flight Numbers
| Rating | Value | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Speed | 9 | Distance-driver speed that needs good arm speed to fly as rated. |
| Glide | 5 | Lots of glide to help it stay in the air and add distance. |
| Turn | 0 | No high-speed turn, so it holds its line early in flight. |
| Fade | 2 | A moderate, dependable fade at the end of the flight. |

Is the Axiom Aspect good for beginners?
It can be. With no turn and a moderate fade, the Aspect is predictable, though newer players will see it fade a bit earlier than an understable driver like the Axiom Insanity.

Not really. The Aspect is stable, rated 9/5/0/2, so it flies straight with a dependable fade rather than the hard hook of an overstable disc.
What's the difference between Eclipse and Neutron plastic?

What disc is similar to the Axiom Aspect?
The Axiom Wrath (9/4.5/-0.5/2) is a 9-speed with a similar flight and a touch of turn.
