Latitude 64 Disc Golf Opto Diamond Fairway Driver 8/6/-3/1 - Choose Exact Disc
Description
The Latitude 64 Opto Diamond fairway driver is Latitude's most popular Easy-to-Use fairway driver, molded in Opto plastic. It's built for newer players and anyone who wants easy distance and turnovers, and it's at its best on easy, controlled distance. Latitude 64 makes its discs in its own factory in the north of Sweden, designed by PDGA Hall of Famer Tomas Ekström.
Opto Plastic
Opto Line is made from some of the world's most durable plastics and comes in a variety of beautiful translucent colors. It's developed to withstand severe punishment and extreme conditions better than other plastics.
The Mold
The Diamond is the disc of choice for beginners, children, and players with moderate arm speed. It's mainly produced in lower weights so it's easy to throw and control, with an understable flight, good glide, and slight fade.
Stability
The Diamond is understable. Understable discs turn away from your throwing arm at speed, making turnovers and hyzer-flips easier and helping lower-power players fly straight. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it tends to drift right during the fastest part of its flight, then shows a gentle fade back to the left. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, drifting left early and fading right at the end. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It suits beginners who need help getting straight flights as well as advanced players who want to shape turnovers.
