WOW, if you want hard.. these are hard.
I give four stars not 5 because within my opinion they're too hard. They're quality and solid, great rebound and shock absorption but the trucks are too stiff. Turning is stiff, almost no cam which makes sliding a hazard since the board can't be levered with your weight. During kick turns, slides and popped rotations lean a little too far to the left or right the board will shoot out from under your feet.:) It's banana hazard. Try the 94a instead if you want this brand.
I still like the bushings, I've used almost every brand and the # ratings are bullshit because some brands rated @ 92 are much harder than those rated @ 100. But these Minis are definitely 100. I recommend trying the 94 Orange first. So your trucks will be tight and solid but loose enough to lean and compensate. Shorty's are the worst bushing on the market and have been forever. So any of the other bushing TGM offers are quality. Indy, Khiro, Venom, Sector 9, Deluxe. Oh and mini logo anything less than 100 Red. Like I said, try 94 Orange.
