Orders placed before 11am EST (Monday – Friday) typically ship the same business day.

Domestic Shipping Options:

Note: A business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. This may also include any weekday before or after a recognized US holiday.

Shipping Policies and Rates:

• Shipping options and charges are shown in your shopping cart.  Free shipping constitutes either economy or standard ship option.
• TGM Skateboards adheres to the shipping policies of its carriers. Inclement weather and other unforeseen events may result in delivery delays.
• Shipping policies, carriers, methods and times not guaranteed and are subject to change.
• Some orders may require additional address verification, at the discretion of TGM Skateboards. If your order is subject to additional verification, a customer service representative will contact you.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses:

• Orders shipping outside of the Continental United States, including but not limited to: ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, APO/FPO, and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS and additional shipping charges may apply.  

International Shipping Options:

TGM Skateboards ships worldwide to over 200+ countries. 

Available shipping options and charges are shown in your shopping cart.  All costs are denominated in USD.  There is no free shipping outside of the United States.

International Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and Brokerage Fees:

International orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), brokerage and other import charges.  TGM Skateboards is not responsible for these charges and they are not included in the item price or shipping charge.  Please contact your country’s customs office or local governmental agency to evaluate these additional costs prior to your purchase.

• Please note that it is illegal for us to make modifications to order value or to mark an item as a gift or a sample.
• Purchases that require DHL or FedEx International shipment will typically require a brokerage or clearance charge.  These charges vary by country.
• Orders that are refused by customs officials will typically be abandoned or destroyed.  No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.
• Product cost for items returned unused, in original packaging will be refunded.  International shipping cost charged and return shipping cost will not be refunded.
